Writing Project

Miss Warnock’s Year 3 writing group have been working very hard over the past few terms to develop an adventure story anthology.

We started by reading ‘The Dot’ which is a story about how it only takes one dot to create a piece of art. We then looked at a range of images and thought of emotive words to go with the images before planning a narrative. Pupils then drafted, edited and improved their adventure narratives before publishing them.
