Dare to Dream - Vets

Our future vets had a wonderful time at KidZania this term, thanks to the generosity of the PDSA who gave us complimentary tickets. Children spent some time in the PDSA section, experiencing and trying out the role of a vet.

They learnt how to attend to the needs of a sick animal, understand the different levels of treatment that may need to be administered and assisted in veterinary check-ups and surgical procedures to nurse animals back to health.

They then had the opportunity to try some other vocations including being a chef and a fireman. The children really enjoyed their experience and all of them have said they still aspire to be vets when they are older! The children were fantastic ambassadors for our school and we are very proud of them all.
